Assembled and cooked pizza on day of arrival. I've read that chimney and door bolts are too long. The chimney cap bolt for temp. control is long, for a reason. With the spring installed beneath, the cap is snug and works as it should.Doors do have a little play, but work perfectly. Assembly of the door handles is a little tricky, but not difficult. Be sure to slightly bend the locking tabs away from the door and they will not rub and still work as they should.Cooked only once so far and used hickory wood pieces. Cut them to approx 6" x 1". That works great.Temp will get high, 500-700 degrees if too much wood is used.Temp control is something that will take a few to get used to adjusting, as with any charcoal or wood grill.Looking forward to using this great little stove again.

Muy buen producto,fácil de montar. Recomiendo antes del primer uso, dejarlo con fuego un buen rato, para que queme cualquier impurezas. Para hacer pizza,siempre precalentar unos 10', así lograrás una cocción de calidad. Producto muy recomendable

Das Produkt kam schnell geliefert und war auch super verpackt.Der Zusammenbau war simpel.Aber die kanten waren nicht entgratet und was das wichtigste ist, der pizzaatein ist am Rand geplatzt und das Metal hat sich extrem verbogen. ( und ja ich habe darauf geachtet das es nicht zu heiß wird)Mein Fazit nicht kaufen!!

I haven’t actually made a pizza yet but I’ve had a fire in it and the speed in which the oven got super hot was impressive to say the least and also the cover for the pizza oven is brilliant and so much better than most products, I was shocked at how well made the cover is and would certainly recommend this product.

I read reviews and was worried, so I took it slow. I cook on open fire all the time and understand that coals are your friend. So I started the fire with a large brick of coals from the campfire, I then added wood( you understand with the size of the firebox you need six inch long by 3/4 of an inch in diameter wood. Once the fire reaches max temp and fire is burning let the fire relax and let temp start coming down. I installed two temp gauges, one upper chamber and one lower chamber. This helps a ton to cook a great pizza. Once temp comes to 650 ish, put in pizza and add wood as necessary to maintain between 650 and 500. If smokes even starts to come out of the door open the chimney flue all the way. Use the flue to control temp and more importantly smoke. Follow these instructions and your a pizza chef. Remember build your heat and then when it peaks put in pizza, it will be great.
