I love these. I rebuilt an old CCM bike and these handles are pretty snappy on it. I am careful not to damage the cork, but so far they've held up great. It's not really an all-weather bike anyway!

Other reviewers complained that the cork was easy to break, I didn't experience that problem. Here is how I installed them, I added a few dabs of wood glue to the first 2 to 3 inches of the handlebar. I then used a damp towel to spread this glue and slightly dampen it. The slightly damp glue acts as a lubricant helping the grip slide in. Don't force it in as well, use a rotating motion as if you're screwing it on.
