Need to replace car battery and there’s nothing worst than having to reprogram all the lost memory settings stored by multiple computers through out my vehicle . This allows me to keep power to computers via the OBD plug and save a ton of work later. I’m going to use one of my 10ah kayak batteries for backup power so I probably snip of the large alligator clips and crimp in spade connectors instead to connect the terminals more securely.

Worked perfectly while swapping out the battery in my ‘18 Toyota Highlander. All presets in the car was saved.
