Ho acquistato la mia macchinala ricamo solo da qualche giorno ma ne sono già entusiasta. Avviarla, anche se sono una neofita è stato piuttosto semplice e i primi ricami realizzati sono stati accurati e molto precisi sotto l'aspetto qualitativo. La macchina è robusta e poco, comodissimo anche l'ampio display touch che consente di predisporre la lavorazione in maniera ottimale. Degna di nota anche la ricca dotazione fornita insieme alla macchina: dagli accessori ai materiali quali stabilizzatori e fili da ricamo in poliestere, il tutto consente di mettersi da subito all'opera senza la necessità di acquistare altro. Punto di forza è senza alcun dubbio anche il customer service: consiglio di iscriversi al gruppo ufficiale Facebook poiché risolvere ogni tipologia di problematica risulta semplice e immediato. Risposte celeri, accurate e un supporto ottimale sono il fiore all'occhiello del brand che nulla ha da invidiare a marchi maggiormente conosciuti nel settore e spesso sopravvalutati. Ne consiglio l'acquisto anche e soprattutto a chi vuole approcciarsi al ricamo a macchina ma desidera comunque un prodotto di ottimo livello ad un prezzo competitivo.

Ich habe mich für die Poolin Eco05 entschieden, da sie neben dem wirklich guten Preis zu vergleichbare Maschinen wie Brother sogar die Möglichkeit für größere Stick Projekte bietet, da die Poolin sogar mit 2 Rahmen kommt, wovon der größere 10x23,5 cm hat. Die ersten Teste verliefen gut und der Service von Poolin ist für mich mit nichts zu vergleichen, das ich je bei einem Kauf erlebt habe. In den Moment wo die Maschine kommt stehen jedem Kunden 3 Service Mitarbeiter über verschiedene Kanäle zur Verfügung . Z.b Messenger oder WhatsApp. Man muss nicht nachfragen ob man Hilfe bekommt, sondern es wird VON IHNEN als selbstverständlich angesehen, dass Hilfe von ihnen angeboten wird bevor man überhaupt danach fragt.Falls wirklich ein Problem auftauchen sollte, ist binnen 5 min eine Antwort da. Es werden z.b. sofort Hilfsvideos zur Behebung kleiner Bedienungsfehler geschickt und wie man die Maschine richtig wartet. Ich bin jedenfalls begeistert und würde sie Maschine jederzeit wieder kaufen.5 Sterne für das Gerät und6 Sterne für das äußerst geduldige und kompetente Serviceteam.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Stickmaschine es entspricht genau meine Erwartungen. Ich habe sehr viele Kleidungen wie Hoodie und T-Shirt ohne Probleme bestickt. Vielen Dank an das Support Team sie unterstützen bei allen Fragen und sind immer da.

I bought this machine after reading all the amazing reviews and I am not at all disappointed. It's very easy to use. It comes with everything you need to start and the machine is already threaded and ready to use. The instruction manual isn't the greatest but poolin has a Facebook group where you can get as much help as you need. They are very quick to respond and has helped me so much already. Would definitely recommend this product.
