Not super durable as it’s made of cheap aluminum. Has worked great for the first few months of use. Would buy again in brass but cannot find online

You may need this if your pump head will not fit over presta valve because it's too big to fit in the space. This adapter comes to your rescue. However, be aware it will be a two person job one holding this onto the presta valve and one pumping! Great little tool if you need it, like on specialty aero wheels like the full disk or some tri or quad spoke and maybe other types.

Prinzipiell ein tolles Produkt.Aber: „stark wie Messing“ ist gelogen. Habe den Adapter offenbar etwas verkantet an meine Bosch easypump geschraubt. Das Messing-Gewinde letzterer hat klar gewonnen. Das Gewinde des Adapters ist jetzt unbrauchbar. Dafür dass der Adapter 1/4 der Pumpe kostet, dürfte man schon gescheites Material erwarten. Dass es nur ein Drittel wiegt hilft mir da gar nichts - ich lasse das Ding beim Fahren ja nicht am Ventil.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, i doubt it as there's only one way to use it? Or I've got a dud because mine doesn't work! I bought it after reading a review of someone who is using it exactly how I wanted to which is to use with a Bosch inflater instead of having to attach a presta adapter so as to speed up the process! As others have said it's not most well made and the thread isn't a tight fit. When I push down on the valve and switch on the pump it doesn't register a pressure and doesn't inflate! I'm going to try some plumbers tape on the thread to see if this helps?All in all an expensive fail!

Ich hatte nach einem Adapter für meine Presta Ventile gesucht, den ich auf meine Bosch Easypump montieren kann um den Luftverlust beim abschrauben des Füllschlauchs zu verhindern.Dieser Adapter funktioniert bis jetzt optimal.Er dichtet um die Prestaventile einwandfrei ab, wenn man ihn am Ventil hält.Ich habe bis jetzt noch nicht versucht den Adapter beim Pumpvorgang los zu lassen weil ich ja nur eine hand brauche um die Elektrische Pumpe zu halten während sie läuft.Das abziehen vom Ventil geht sauber, schnell und ohne Druckverlust. Für Menschen die viel Wert auf einen genauen Druck legen (Mountainbiker, Rennradfahrer usw.) und eine elektrische pumpe verwenden, ist dieser Adapter zu empfehlen.Ein Stern abzug gibt es weil zuerst ein falscher Adapter geliefert wurde und sich daraus ein zeitraubender Schriftverkehr mit Beweisbildern usw. ergeben hat, welcher sich etwas zog.Dafür musste ich am Ende den Falschen Adapter nicht zurück senden und durfte ihn behalten.Danke dafür.

Unfortunately it leaks where the two pieces of metal screw together, with the leaking the maximum air I could even possibly put in the tire was about 35 to 40 psi, I think it’s just a manufacture defect with a specific one that I received, but can I please get a new one shipped to me or receive a full refund? I would prefer to get a new one shipped so I can give it a second chance. The rest of the unit seems very well-built except for where they screw together the head and the body, I tied to fix it by adding white pipe tape, but unfortunately it snapped and broke

As in pic 1, this is the piece you receive from Prestacycle. The air outlet is obviously presta size. the air inlet side is schrader size. The gold piece in pic 2 comes with the inflator gauge (pic 3) and happens to be a lock-on schrader size. The inflator connects to my air compressor hose. I put a quick release on the inflator so I could change chucks quickly. This set up works fantastic when I have to fill bicycle tires and watch the pressure at the same time. The Prestacycle right angle fits easily between the spokes. Air leakage is minimal and I can get tires inflated correctly without having to switch between inflate and pressure reading gauge. No more schrader to presta adapter to fiddle with.
