Flache Mauerwerk-Pinsel.

Although this is advertised as a decking brush, I actually bought it to paint a tall fence in my garden with a pole, rather than climbing up and down a ladder. It worked a treat; it did fit a pole I already owned, and made the painting easier. The bristles are great quality and worked well with the paint. The angled head was really helpful for the higher up areas.

When it comes to the annual garden tidy-up, the patio, drive, and decking are always jet-washed. Next, oil the decking; it's getting on; I put it together myself and as a matter of pride in my work, it's always got a good coat of the best oil I can afford - this year, Ronseal Ultimate Decking Oil (which I recommend).This brush is not too wide, long-haired, and surprisingly light. It will screw into a standard decorating pole, and then you load it up with oil, and off you go.It works into the grooves really well. I found myself just using this one-handed, taking my own sweet time, getting the job done. The brush's coverage and loading are first-rate. It was a pleasure to do the job rather than on my hands and knees with a brush. It took half the time, as usual, and I did twice the quality job.Cleaning up is very simple - washing up liquid, rinse, and it can support itself to dry out.I will look after this one. It's not cheap, but it is an excellent decking brush. I would recommend it to anyone.

I ordered one of these along with the ProDec pole. It certainly saves a lot of bending down! I found the angle to be just right, and a lot easier than using a roller.I looked at all the various other options for the job, but none had good ratings like this does.I did find that a number of bristles were loose. I've knocked a star off for that. This was more when I was cleaning the brush off after use than when using it on the decking with preservative. The bristles are soft and hold a lot of preservative. The brush is quite wide as well, so it covers well.Ease of cleaning the brush after use, of course, depends on what product you have used to do your decking with. I used a product which washes out with soapy water. I soaked it for a little while, then washed and rinsed it. It dried well and will be used again.Overall, a much better and less back-breaking way of painting the decking, and I'm glad I bought it! :)

Ce n’est pas indiqué dans le descriptif, mais les manches standards en France ne sont pas adaptés pour ce pas de vis. Je dirais qu’il faut 16/18mm. Plus petit que le standard. CF photos. Je n’ai pas trouvé le manche adapté en magasin de bricolage / grande surface. J’ai bidouillé avec une tringle.Par ailleurs, il perd pas mal de poils.En résumé : gros gain de temps et confort à l’application SI on trouve le manche adéquat et si vous avez non loin un récipient pour recueillir tous les poils perdus (j’avais pourtant brossé les poils avant utilisation).J’ignore si le vendeur propose un manche adapté, mais si c’est le cas et que vous ne voulez pas perdre de temps à en trouver un autre ailleurs…
