Received today and having read the other reviews walked into the same issue, the online instructions are incorrect OR the labeling of the parts are incorrect. Either way the installation instructions for the hinges on the unit need to be amended. I managed to figure out the issue which was that the Hinges labeled K & L need to be reversed for it to fit properly. Unlike the other reviewers I did not have to force any parts to align it was a simple wrong instruction on the online page. I have taken a photo of the offending item.The unit complete looks pretty good, not had it outside yet but it feels solid and should do the job intended, pity it was let down by a poor installation guide.

Generally pleased but I had a right job getting the cushion box hinges on.Probably just me.Overall it’s fine , you get what you pay for and this did the basic job.

Doesn’t come with printed instructions, only a QR code which was the first obstacle. Includes the Allen key to assemble the bolts but I quickly ditched this and used my own socket set which definitely sped up assembly. The fitment of the hinges early on, in my opinion, is completely incorrect. I fitted them in accordance with the manual but the image didn’t match the actual photo. Carried on with assembly but quickly realised the lid wouldn’t open. Spent hours trying the hinges in many orientations before finally realising they should be fitted back to front from what the manual said. Screw holes didn’t quite match on the bracket and panel so ended up having to file the bracket holes out to make it fit. Photos show the final hinge positions which now work correctly thankfully. Construction is pretty sturdy and the inner lining is removable which is nice. Plenty of room for all our outdoor cushions from a 6 seater sofa. Bought in the middle of a heatwave so haven’t tested the waterproofing yet but I’m sure it will be fine. Overall, giving 3 stars as it took considerably longer to assemble than it should have with the hinge issue and having to hand fettle them to fit. Without that problem would have been 4 stars. Probably a little more than I would have liked to pay ideally but really needed the biggest I could find due to length of sofa cushions I’m putting in.

The hinges did not fit in the way the online instructions stated. Lots of time spent trying to work it out and refit after refit. Something just does not match. Lid as a result does not fit down so I have to rest a brick on it.Still managed to build.
