I've never done headstands before, although I unsuccessfully tried only on my hands or hands and head. As a 90kg, 40-year-old male, I managed to achieve a headstand with this bench on the first try. It makes it so easy. However, if you are a beginner, start small, only for a few seconds at a time, as your body is not adjusted to such pressure in your head all of a sudden.Due to the pressure in my face/head, I experienced petechiae on my face, which disappeared in a day or two. It also left me some marks on my shoulders from the weight of my body, which disappeared as well. As your body gets used to the position and pressure, you will have no side effects—at least this was my experience.The bench is very practical and allows me to maintain balance very well; I can even do yoga poses with my legs in the air. The bench arrived with some visual yoga pose instructions using the bench, which I found very useful. I also felt an improvement in digestion from the first use.The build quality is excellent, with a sturdy wood frame and comfortable PU pads. It feels very durable and well-made. I recommend starting with short sessions to let your body adjust. Over time, you'll be able to increase the duration without any issues.Overall, very happy with the product. It’s a fantastic tool for beginners and provides multiple health benefits.

Got this for my daughter in-law who works from her home office ... So she can exercise each day helping her not become sedintary ...It's well made and good value for money ...If you sit all day you get old quickly ...

I paid extra for this one thinking it would be better, but the quality is very poor, the screws didn’t fit properly and were so difficult to get in that the Allen key holes ended up with no grip on them. The seat itself isn’t very well padded and the plastic covering is all misshapen at the front so it doesn’t even sit together properly. Very disappointed.
