It is exactly as described, beautifully made and worth every penny. I bought it to dust off the upholstered furniture on our screen-porch but have also used it to brush the dust off my glass book shelves and found it's gentle enough for dusting books and holds most of the the dust in its bristles, keeping it from flying off into the air. It's also great for dusting the 7 1/4" high colonial profile baseboards which I usually vacuum. I love this brush!
