A little pricier than other brands but it’s my favorite so far and I’ve tried a few. I like that it also has salt in it. I drink it every day which has helped me cut back on caffeine. Dissolved easy and tastes great and smells great too.

I recently discovered I have low adrenal function and this product was recommended by my nutritionist. I was pleased to find that it tastes great without that sickly sweet taste created by artificial sweeteners. There is no bad stuff in it and it includes Redmond Real Salt which is the best, as well as coconut water. I was afraid I wouldn't want to take this consistently because of the flavor but it is easy to take and I do feel better after a week of adding it to my diet.

Good for helping to get through fasting days without headaches etc. Also great for after a long hot run to rehydrate. Tastes good too.
