This really is a stunning pool cue.My son has just got into playing and has thoughoughly enjoyed trying this out for the past few weeks.It's perfectly engineered, solid and straight with beautiful smooth lacquer.The inlaid design is stunning and the corded grip feels lovely.Good feedback when striking the cue ball and the head has a lovely tip on it.Easily screws together and the bag is good and robust too.

When I was a kid of 10, one of my friends got an 8-foot Riley snooker table for his birthday. What a prezzie! That table saw action every single day. I even started going to said friend's house first thing in the morning, so we could have a quick game of snooker before school. As a teen, I played on full-size Riley snooker tables with my dad at his favourite club. So I'm no stranger to the Riley brand. I know what level of craftsmanship to expect from the company. This Centurion American-style pool cue fulfilled those expectations, reminding me exactly why Riley is such a respected name in cue sports.For transit, the cue is disassembled and each half is wrapped in plastic to prevent the two halves from rubbing against each other and causing surface scratches. The case is packed separately. I'm not sure why the manufacturer didn't just pack the cue inside its case for transport. That would have been more logical and would have delivered greater protection to the cue than the thin layer of plastic did. Presumably the manufacturer had some reason for doing things the way they were done, but I can't think what that might be. My way makes more sense. Nevertheless, the cue arrived undamaged, as did its case.First impressions were fantastic. The cue, particularly the decorated lower half, is a thing of beauty. It's gorgeous. The craftsmanship is sublime, the engineering as precise as can be. The protective carry case is a welcome extra. It offers plenty of protection to the cue. The case features a small outer pocket that's ideal for carrying chalks, cue tips and other small extras. Both the main case and the small outer case have sturdy zips.I've no criticisms of this product. The cue is beautiful to look at and a joy to play with. The carry case is perfect.

This is a well balance quality maple pool cue with lovely detailing/pattern on the butt of the cue. It has protective caps over the screw sections and comes in a snug lined case with a pocket attached on the side for chalk etc.It has a chunky 13mm tip that can transfer alot of energy to the cue ball when breaking off. I prefer a slightly smaller tip for more ball control but pool cues should not have small tips like a snooker cue has. Its a handsome looking cue and you will look the professional when you turn up for a game of pool with this. You better play well when turning up with this because you will look like a pro player !!

This is a really well made, solid pool cue and you can really feel it. First I just have to say I love the wrapped base I've personally not seen that and it feels amazing. Really quite unique. The weight is good and is labelled on the base. Another good point is that the connecting screws are covered with protective plastic that can easily be removed and replaced.The carrying case is great and fits both halves perfectly as well as a pouch for chalk etcReally good quality American pool cue that I'd definitely recommend.

This is a quality pool cue from Riley - the design is fantastic and it looks great.It comes in two sections which screw together and when deconstructed you get some nice Riley end caps to protect the male and female threads.once screwed together the cue is straight and true and doesn’t need re-tightening throughout use. It’s beautifully weighted and glides through the hand.The added travel case is again of really good quality and provides protection and easy transport of the cue with the shoulder strap.You won't be dissapointed with this - happy to reccomend!
