This game has been a fantastic addition to our family gatherings. The unique design, with pegs on the top, keeps everyone's hands clear, allowing for smooth gameplay. Assembly was straightforward, and the inclusion of an extra long string was a thoughtful touch. We've had hours of fun adjusting the string lengths to get the perfect swing

I looked at a few of these games and most of the other ones have the pegs or shot glasses move along the base. I didn't want hands getting in the way trying to move things forward while rings are swinging. Moving them to the top was a perfect solution.This game comes with everything you need to put it together. A couple of the parts that you receive are different than those in the instructions, but the functionality is the same so it's not a big deal. My kid also came with one extra long string (about twice the length of the other strings) assumably to replace strings that break. By having just one long string, you can cut it when needed and you have two strings in one place, as long as you remember where you put them. The strings that they do provide are plenty long enough. I had a lot of excess left at the top, but I just tied it off at the top so in case the strings wear out at either connection point, I've some string right there to make repairs.Once you get the length of the strings just right, the game is really fun. If the strings are too tight or too loose, it becomes very challenging. Play around with each side until you figure out just the right length, then you can adjust each side by just playing it until the length is perfect on all four sides.It would be nice if there were a way to break this game down easier than taking out the two wood screws at top and bottom. That said, I don't expect those to loosen or give up anytime soon, so as a complete game it is ready to go at all times. Maybe I'll figure out some sort of a ceiling mount for it so I can tuck it away when it's not in use.

I used to play this in a bar that had a longer string and only one hook on a wall. Even though this is a smaller version it is still lots of fun. Now four people can play this at the same time. Assembly is very simple and you have to figure out the length of the string to make it work. Once you figure out the length you can easily adjust the other ones. I adjusted mine so that the end of the string on the ring touches the hook. Adjustment is very simple using the push lock on the string. A very good skill game for all ages.
