La cortina luce moderna y sirve bien como divisor de espacios pequeños o puerta de clóset. La instalación fue fácil, y la tela opaca realmente bloquea la luz. Lo único que mejoraría sería la fuerza de los imanes; a veces no se pegan bien si hay mucho movimiento. En general, muy funcional.

I ordered this RINHARTEX Blackout Accordion Style Magnetic Door Curtain to separate a section of my place off for a friend of mine that has been crashing with me. He has been sleeping on the couch for the past few weeks but I have a dining room that has three walls surrounding it, so we figured we could put this separator across the open wall and use it create a bedroom of sorts. While it does serve to provide him with some level of privacy, the curtain is just that .. a thin curtain that does little to block out any sound and isn't entirely "blackout" as stated in the item's title. Perhaps it is because there is a window on the other side, but light - whether from a window, light or the sun - shouldn't be able to penetrate through a curtain that is advertised as "blackout", in my opinion at least. The quality of the curtain quite honestly leaves much to be desired - it looks very rigid and strong in the photos but in reality I found it to be thin and cheap and likely won't last long... but I suppose only time will tell for sure.

I got this RINHARTEX Accordion Style Magnetic Door Curtain to use at the bottom of my stairs, mainly to separate the basement from the upstairs and help control the temperature. My house is split into 5 temperature zones – two downstairs and three upstairs – and I really wanted to keep the temperatures in the main finished basement room consistent without it trying to mix with the rest of the house. Even though this curtain is thin, it still does the job effectively.A big bonus for me has been how it works with my cats. I used to have an old, solid plastic door there that was loud, creaky, and the cats knew they couldn't just go through it. They took a little time to get used to this new curtain, but after I showed them they could just push through it, they've been great. Now they can roam freely between the basement and upstairs without any risk of getting trapped, all while I can still keep the temperatures different. That’s a huge plus!The magnets are nice and stick well, and it was easy to trim the curtain to the size I needed. If I have one small suggestion, it would be that maybe it could come with some extra little plastic pieces that hold it up on the track. I see those as the potential weak point and imagine they might be the one thing that could need replacing over time.Overall, though, I am really happy with this curtain. It does what I needed it to do for temperature separation and has made life easier for my cats.

This is a light weight room divider. It is cloth with a plastic track and hooks. It does what I needed it to do which was to separate 2 rooms. I didn't need it to stop sound but it does block out light which was nice. It comes with magnets to use to keep each side attached to the opening which is great as you can use either side to open and pass through. Now what is really impressive about this kit is that it has EVERYTHING you need to install. A lot of people will say that and I have used that before with some items but let me tell you that this really does have it all. It has all the hardware and they provide a little screw driver for the screws you will need to install the endcaps and track holders. They have also included a little hacksaw. I was shocked as i have never seen that before. You will use it to cut the track which is really easy since it is made from plastic. So when I said everything it really does. Now the divider is light duty and will not hold up to kids running around and such but for light usage it will work wonderful and has for me.

This is a neat little solution that's a great solution for people with small spaces. In my case, we have a laundry room in a tight hallway in our apartment. The previous owner had put a bifold door in which blocked half the hallway every time we opened it.What I love about accordion doors is that the door doesn't open out, but folds in on itself. I was expecting a more rigid material than the cloth the door ended up being (it's more of a curtain than a door in that respect), but overall it worked out pretty well. I do like that I have the option of taking it down and washing it, although I question whether its pleats would hold up in the wash.The kit is impressively complete. The plastic railing is made up of three segments which you can piece together, and if it's too long you can use a hacksaw (included) to trim it down to the right size. Assembly is a bit of a hassle, but it's not too difficult; you attach the plastic "rollers" with metal loops into the track, stick it to the top of your doorframe using the attached adhesive which is very strong (they include mounting screws if you need them; I didn't).Then, you hook the plastic "hooks" into the curtain and then onto the loops. In my case my doorframe was already metallic, so the edges stuck to them right away; they also include thin metal discs for you to glue to your walls if they're not metallic.Beware that what they called "cream beige" is really more of a dark tan or brown and is much darker than it looks in the photo. Had I known this I probably would have gone for the white.To use it, you just move the curtain to the left or right. It's just fabric so it doesn't really block noise.I wouldn't go so far as to say it looks or works like a professionally installed accordion door, but it's a nice DIY project and easy to install and remove. Overall I'm satisfied with it.
