I had the company that made the original version of this style backpack quite a few years ago. I absolutely loved it. Ultimately my adult son decided he liked it more than I did and took it when he moved away. So I've been searching for a replacement. I think this is better than my original to be honest.One nice plus is the included rainfly. My original didn't have this but it had the same pocket that this uses for the rainfly. A nice plus is with the rainfly in its pouch, it makes that areas a nice place to carry the backpack as well if not by the straps.There is much better reflective material on the side. This is a massive improvement over my previous one that was mostly black with just some reflective lettering. Like my previous one this could be a bit bigger. Factor in inflation, this one is about half the price of what I paid for my original one.I would love to see it a big longer and wider. I have a 15" Macbook Air and it is really wedged in there and somewhat uncomfortable to use as a result. My small 13.3" Air is better but my 14" Macbook Pro is very snug. So for carrying a laptop, I'd suggest a max of 14" and not too thick.I got the black and red and it looks great in person. I bought the Cucyma a few years ago as and I like this one better. One nice plus to this style backpack is it is more aerodynamic and I like this style better to ride with. The downside is you have to take it off to get anything out of it. It does expand a lot if you need to carry something bigger but it typically isn't as comfy when you do that.I wish I could give it just 4.5 stars as I think it would be better a bit longer and wider but for many that may not be an issue so I am rounding it up to 5.

The RKV86 backpack will fit an XL helmet and a smaller laptop. My son uses this for school, and he says he likes the bag, but has to work to get the helmet and laptop to fit, but it eventually does. He also stuffs his riding pants inside the helmet to make use of that space. He likes that the gray areas are actually reflective which improves visibility when riding home at night.

This has proven to be an absolutely excellent backpack for the bike. It's rugged, has internal zippers and is comfortable to ride with! Recommend for all riders!
