US Military issues these RevMedX TX tourniquets in varying widths. My personal favorite for least limb damage is the TX-3 in 3" wide. Yes, it is hard to get a small pack for it to fit in. However, the 3" is a strong beast capable of dragging an injury patient or warrior out of harms way with minimal trauma damage as it spreads the area. My biggest wish is that the make custom cases that could slide possible on a KORE gun belt that has a push button ratcheting adjustment for carry and non-carrying mags, lights, and handcuffs and other law gear. Super strong but they need a factory made case

While this is different and it is somewhat expensive, it does work well, even with one hand. Must be popular because it took a long time to arrive but am happy with this unit.

je cherchais pour ma trousse de secours un garrot facile d'utilisation , je suis tombé sur celui ci qui m'a été chaudement recommandé par des formateur en secourisme . malgré son prix plus élevé que la moyenne , il est pratique , et son usage a porté de n'importe quel personne
