Natürlich seinem Alter entsprechend zu bewerten, aber alles in allem hat der Film wenig echte Schwächen, davon abgesehen dass die Charaktäre (der Zeit entsprechend) schwarz/weiß mit wenig Schattierung gezeichnet sind.Aber durchaus gute Unterhaltung mit viel Herz und tollem Soundtrack, Liam Neeson in Bestform !

Loved this movie. Action, intrigue, romance, violence, kinda covered all of the bases. Liam Neeson and Jessica Lange were wonderful in it. Historical drama very well done.

Suntuosa pelicula con gran calidad de sonido e imagen en HD, la historia de Robert Roy como nunca se habia contado, incluye doblaje en español latino y detrás de cámaras para aumentar la emoción una pelicula para disfrutarse por siempre.

Rob Roy Blu-ray,Well,a few days ago I was delighted to see Rob Roy was available on blu-ray from Germany,I decided there and then that my Wife was going to buy me this for my Christmas,she doesn,t know yet,ha!First of,I,m not going to review the film itself,although,I will say this, Rob Roy should not be compared to Braveheart,they are both "Scottish" films,with totally diffirent storylines!!!! Rob Roy is an excellent film,in it,s own right,as is Braveheart.Now,the blu-ray review,I think the Rob Roy blu-ray transfer is excellent,stunning picture quality,and sound too.I,m not comparing it to any other blu-ray transfers,I,m comparing it to the Standard Definition dvd!!!!!and in this comparison,the blu-ray is FABULOUS!!!far superior to the dvd,in every aspect!!!Highly Recommended to all fans of Rob Roy who have this excellent film on dvd only,blu-ray is "THE WAY" to watch this film!!!!!I forgot to say earlier,I have a Panasonic 37" Plasma,80B,and although it,s not Full HD,1080,the picture quality is stunning,playing a Panasonic Blu-ray player through it.I,d like to give a wee mention to the Customer Service of Amazon Germany,I bought Rob Roy blu-ray,and Tora Tora Tora blu-ray too,a few days ago,I didn,t think I,d receive it until after Christmas,well,it arrived on Christmas Eve!!!!! Excellent first class service,well done to my Friends from Amazon Germany!!!!!Finally,one "wee" complaint,not to Amazon Germany,but to the makers of Rob Roy Blu-ray,Tora Tora Tora blu-ray too,WHY do you ALWAYS put the age certificate on the Front Cover???????????? it totally spoils the cover,and there is no need for it,put it on the Back Cover,PLEASE,I repeat,PLEASE!!!!!!!Thanks,Davy Cairns,Scotland.ps,My Wife doesn,t know she,s bought me Rob Roy Blu-ray,AND,Tora Tora Tora Blu-ray,for OUR Christmas,HA!
