Die Gelenkverbindungen sind stark und attraktiv, und mit Hilfe unserer Frästischdose sind sie auch einfach zu machen. Diese Vorrichtung verwendet präzisionsgefertigte Indexierschlüssel aus massivem Messing, um einen gleichmäßigen Fingerabstand und eine luftdichte Passform zu gewährleisten. Schlüssel sind für drei Fingerbreiten enthalten: 1/4 Zoll, 3/8 Zoll und 1/2 Zoll und kann mit bis zu 3/4 Zoll Dicke verwendet werden. Der leichtgängige Schlitten verfügt über lange "Skier", die ihn quadratisch zum Bit halten und Laschen an der Unterseite, die den Schlitten am Ende des Schnitts stoppen. Verriegeln Sie es in den Gehrungsschlitz Ihres Tisches mit unseren komfortablen, griffigen Noppen und Sie sind bereit zum Routen.
Eigenschaften:

Komfortable, ergonomische Knöpfe, die die Plattform in 1,9 cm (3/4 Zoll) Gehrungsschlitz einrasten. Schlitten ist aus robustem, glasgefülltem Nylon, gleitet sanft und bietet reichlich Unterstützung.
Optische MDF-Zaunfläche hilft beim Abreißen. Dimensionsstabile MDF-Plattform mit reibungsarmer Melamin-Beschichtung für einfaches Gleiten und Haltbarkeit.

I found this jig to be very user-friendly on my Bosch RA1181 router table. Using a scrap pine board bandsawed/planed to 3/8” thickness, I did a couple of test runs, adjusting the spacing very slightly for the second round. The cuts were very clean even on wood this soft. I then proceeded to make a box to store the jig and sacrificial backers I made for 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2” joints (using plywood scraps).For the next project, replicating a small cheese grating box in a larger size, I used a 1/4” spiral bit on pine for the drawer, and a 3/8” one on Swiss Pear for the outer case. The jig again worked flawlessly. Later I built another box out of pine to hold our Mercato pasta machine (got carried away carving the top for it), and it works predictably well each time. Very happy with this jig.

Great results with this jig, straight out of the box. Works really well, good easy to understand instructions. Just make sure you do not use cheap router bits.

I bought this knowing I would need to fabricate my Kobalt router table to work with it. It can be done. My pictures have the instructions on how I did it. You will need to use the table from front to back in the opposite direction with the on/off facing away from you but it can be done.Remove all pieces of the Kobalt table first. Then remove the little bit of aluminum to allow your slide bolt to move further. Drill two holes in the Kobalt slide. You will not use the slides that came with the jig. Also, only use the hold down bolts and knobs from the Kobalt table. Hope this helps! Makes a great tool for making boxes. I love it so far! YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE THE SPACERS SEPARATELY. That note was conveniently tucked away at the end of the instruction booklet.

Il prodotto si presenta fatto con ottimi materiali e ben progettato.Non ho avuto modo di provarlo in quanto non compatibileInfatti vanno fatte alcune considerazioni e controlli prima di acquistarlo:Il JIG si aggancia alla t-track del banco fresa, perché si agganci è necessaria una distanza minima di 12,5 cm tra il centro della fresa e il canale, è comunque possibile allungare la fresata di aggancioL’aggancio si effettua tramite spessori in metallo da inserire nella t-track; questi una volta tirati dalle manopole dovrebbero allargarsi e garantire la stabilità del supporto. Questi spessori hanno forma rettangolare con il lato in alto di 20 mm e spessore 9,3 mm quindi vanno bene per le t-track comuni larghe esternamente 30 mm.Altro problema è che gli spessori che fanno da riferimento per creare i denti dell’incastro sono in misure imperiali: 1/2, 1/4 e 3/8.Questo in se va bene salvo che bisogna avere le frese delle stesse dimensioni e queste in genere vengono vendute con codoli imperiali e quindi poi necessitano di mandrini (pinze) del router che riescono a lavorare con queste misureInsomma niente di impossibile ma prima di acquistare fate un passaggio per verificare tutti questi dettagli, se siete attrezzati potrebbe essere un buon acquisto

Dieses Zinken-Fräsgerät für Frästische mit 19mm Führungsnut ist gut und auch wertig umgesetzt für den relativ niedrigen Preis.Doch auf Grund der gegebenen Masse, wohl abgestimmt auf US-Frästische wie INCRA oder Kreg, passt er an europäische Frästische wie solche von Sauter DE gefertigt, nicht! Die Führungsnut ist dort zu weit vom Fräser weg. Schade
