Meist nutze ich die Docht-Schere, damit die Kerzen — egal welcher Größe — nicht rußen. Wenn der Docht geschnitten wird, während die Kerze brennt, geht sie aus, weil die Schneidflächen etwas zu dick sind. Die Pinzette habe ich bisher nicht gebraucht und das Lösch-Glocken kommt zum Einsatz, wenn beim Auspusten die Funken fliegen könnten (schlechtes Dochtmaterial). Ich finde dieses Set sehr praktisch und elegant.

Short-ish Version:Incredible valueI’ve used the trimmer and snuffer so farBoth work PERFECTLYI love that the trimmer holds 5 clipped wicks at a time so it saves time in tossing out each clipped wick, and having to toss each before clipping the nextAll “first world problems,” I know :)The packaging is absolutely unnecessary but ITS SUCH A NICE TOUCHI haven’t been able to toss out the box—I’ve kept it and the tools in it (with the box tucked into the lid) so it’s easy access (open) in the cabinet above the counter I light the candles onLonger version:This would make a classy hostess gift for anyone that’s into candles, or anyone who likes nice things but on a budgetBought the same set in black to compare, in case it was the super fake cheap looking gold finish (it isn’t!) —but the black did not come in such a nice presentation. Both my teens loved the gold, so I’m returning the black. If the black came in the nice box that the gold came in—I would’ve def kept it to gift someone.If you’re buying it for yourself, buy whichever set bc each piece is: solid, works well, sturdy in grip and feelSnuffer: puts out flame quickly, easily, liquid wax gets on rim but that’s not an issueTrimmer: sharp, cuts easily, holds multiple wicks before having to toss

Hatte das Set eine Ewigkeit auf meiner Wunschliste, weil es mir erst zu teuer war. Aber im Vergleich zu anderen ähnlichen Sets ist der Preis ganz normal. Habe sie mir dann bestellt und bin total begeistert. Einfach so schön und edel. Ich bin total happy damit und kann das Set nur jedem empfehlen der damit liebäugelt. Es ist sein Geld wert!

Naja, das Set an sich ist jetzt garnicht unbedingt schlecht.Den Preis finde ich allerdings etwas hoch angesetzt, da die Qualität der einzelnen Produkte nicht sonderlich hochwertig ist.Leider ist die Farbe auch kein schönes Messing-Gold, sondern eher in die Rose-Gold Richtung.Die Verpackung finde ich persönlich als etwas zu pompös (die ist riesig) an.. auf das Tablett kann man auch verzichten.Aber das ist Geschmacksache.

Man erwirbt hier in "typisches Chinaprodukt"Ob der Preis angemessen ist, muss man immer selbst entscheiden.Das beworbene Geschenkpaket ist wohl lediglich der Wellpappkarton. Innen sind lediglich ein paar einfache Tüten mit und ohne Luftpolster.Wer sich zumindest ein einfaches Inlay für die Aufbewahrung vorgestellt hat, findet hier nichts.
