It’s not rain season anymore where I live, but I still have to keep my rowing machine protected in the evenings once it leaves outdoors. It’s well made. It has elastic on the bottom and it also has clip on ties to protect and hold on in place from winds. Ahhh! It also has a reflector in the front and back. (Small details that make the difference
