I don't usually write reviews but I felt the customer service provided by this company deserved a mention.I have five sections of wooden gates that provide a safe area in my kitchen so that the children I childmind cannot get into cupboards or drawers, that they are not supposed to, or reach anything hit on the hob or in the oven. It does the job perfectly and looks fat more elegant than my old, black, metal BabyDan.As you can imagine, with between 4 and 10 toddlers going through the gate and then two adults constantly moving backwards and forwards through it to serve them food for four meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack in case you're wondering 😁) it gets a lot of use!It came as no surprise that just after a year of use, the gate lock failed. I contacted Safetots to see if I could purchase another lock from them.And this is why I wanted to write a review. Even though it was over a year since I'd bought the item. Even though the gate breaking was all my fault through heavy use. Even though I only asked to buy a new catch, they sent me a while new gate section on express delivery! I couldn't believe it and hope that this review helps the company, as I'm not sure how else to thank them.

Very pleased with the room divider. Good solid product 👌 Used to protect open plan section of the living area from new, rather large puppy 🐶. Works a treat.

Cancelletto in legno, ben fatto.Resistente e completamente identico alla descrizione e alle foto messe. Ne ho montato uno in fondo alla scala e uno sopra.Consigliatissimo
