I purchased this to store small items together in my handbag, small USB charger cable, a few pens and pencils and loose change a few lip sticks. It arrived today but the reason why I gave 3 stars is because the zipper is getting stuck on the second pocket of the case. The main compartment zipper opens and closes smoothly but the second pocket zipper is not. It gets stuck midway and I'm worried about forcing it either way in case it breaks the zipper. I think the design on the zipper pull is not very useful albeit it looks nice. The pull tug is not allowing the zip function to be balanced hence force occurring on one side only. If the zipper tag was centred it will stop the zip getting stuck. You really have to look and use zip carefully because it is not centred. Overall it is very pretty and I just don't have the time or patience to return it. I think I will look out for the zipper designs when I consider ordering from this range next time. The free sticker with the pouch is a cute touch by the way so thank you for that.
