I received a clearly used and returned item. Missing all nozzles and the hotend itself has melted plastic all around it and inside it. Not happy at all.

I had the hotend for a few weeks now and only did a few prints. Went to start one today and it heated up I loaded the filament then I started a print and then after not to much time I noticed the temp drop. I heard the extruder clicking and went to check and next thing I know I had a thermal error went to warm it back up it won't heat up. Then I put the old hotend back on and it heats up just fine.

Got this as an upgrade for an older Ender 3 Max that I wanted to start using again. Installation was pretty easy, did require a PID tune up to get it working properly. This does heat up the hot end super fast. Working good as a hot end. My only concern is what happens if/when the ceramic element needs replacing. Look forward to testing out doing some faster prints with this. Also on the weird side, came with all sorts of installation parts but did not come with screws for attaching it to the printer. Luckily I had bought an assortment of screw before for maintenance, but that seems like an odd thing to not include.Overall, it seems like a good hotend for a cheap price.
