Da bei mir die Feder des alten Gurtwicklers ermüdet war, habe ich mir diesen gekauft. Wichtig ist, vorher zu entscheiden, ob man den alten Gurt verwenden will. Das wollte ich, da ich den Rollladenkasten nicht öffnen wollte. Der Gurtwickler lässt sich gut öffnen, die Feder ist vorgespannt und gesichert. Also Gurt einhängen, Sicherung lösen, Gurt etwas aufwickeln lassen, Gurtwickler schließen und anschrauben. Vorsicht: Ich hatte zunächst das Modell mit Gurt gekauft. Das ließ sich aber leider nicht öffnen ohne das Gehäuse zu beschädigen. Also das ist das richtige Produkt, wenn man den Gurtwickler öffnen möchte.

Die Montage hat nicht mal 5 Minutwen gedauert. Super Produkt. Bin sehr zufrieden

For selling this in the UK, the manufacturers clearly need to add English instructions.The belt boxes for roller shutters contain a spring that is under very high tension, so opening an old, damaged belt box can be dangerous, and working with a new box, including this one, likewise.The package warns of the danger (in German only!) and advises the wearing of safety gloves.For those who do not understand German, here is my translation [with comments by me in square brackets]:[Note carefully the route into the old case taken by the belt. Ich hatte an unserer Terassentüre schon seit längerer Zeit Ärger mit den beiden Aufwicklern. Jedes mal beim hochziehen des Rollos mußte ich die Gurtbänder per Hand nachstopfen, so das sie aufwickeln.Wichtig war, das Lochmaß, gutes Design und Qualität.Lochmaß... das man hier varriabel ist hat mir sehr gut gefallen, und es funktioniert auch. Was nicht soo doll ist, die Breite der unten montierten Halterung....das passt leider nicht immer, ich musste doch neu Bohren.. schade, eine Halterung ohne die beiden auslagernden Stege wäre schöner gewesen, aber die kann man eventuell noch abschneiden. Montage und Anleitung sind soweit einfach gehalten. Ging ohne Probleme.Anschrauben, Aufklappen, Gurt einlegen und befestigen..zuklappen..fertig.Leider wickelt der Flexo nicht so auf wie ich es mir erhofft habe : das rechte Rollo geht so...wickelt langsam..aber ich muss zumindest nicht so viel Nachschieben. Das linke funktioniert nur mangelhaft..ohne Nachschieben geht da gar nichts. Da bin ich doch recht enttäuscht. Ich würde auch beide zurück senden, aber dann sitz ich im dunkeln ohne die Aufroller. Ob das nun bei Fenstern wo die Gurtlänge kürzer ist besser geht, vermag ich nicht zu sagen, aber für Türen sind sie nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen, schade denn die Qualität ist ansonsten recht gut.

Der Schellenberg Aufschraubwickler 50151 zum Austausch eines alten Gurtwicklers (bei mir mit gebrochener Feder), ohne neuen Rolladengurt (14 mm !) ist gut und leicht zu montieren. Ich schaute mir die Montage bei YouTube an. Und die ging so:1. Man schließt den Rolladen komplett.2. Dann demontiert man den alten oder defekten Gurtwickler, öffnet ihn und holt den Gurt raus.3. Dann misst man den Lochabstand der Befestigungsschrauben. Sind es mehr oder weniger als 15,15 cm, muss man ein neues Loch bohren4. Dann montiert man den Schellenberg-Gurtwickler (wobei bei mir der alte Schraubenabstand von 15,5 cm genau passte) und öffnet das Gehäuse vorsichtig mit einem Essmesser.5. Dann schiebt man den vorhandenen Rolladengurt durch den Bremsschlitz in den Gurtwickler, führt ihn zweimal um die Trommel, schneidet ihn dann ab, falzt das Ende auf rund 2 cm Länge und schneidet mit einer scharfen Schere mittig 5 mm durch den Falz. So erhält man am Ende des Gurts einen ca. 1 cm langen Schlitz.6. Dann legt man den Gurt um die Trommel bis zum Widerhaken, der genau in den Schlitz passt. Dort befestigt man das Gurtende, hält den Gurt gut fest und drückt die Rollsperre an der Trommel mit einem Schraubenzieher so tief in diesen Schlitz, dass sich die vorgespannte Trommel drehen kann. Das tut sie dann auch und spannt den Gurt.7. Jetzt klappt man das Gehäuse wieder zusammen, prüft noch mal die Befestigungsschrauben und ist fertig. Dauer: 7 Minuten.Nur noch eine Frage an Schellenberg: Warum muss ich gleich zwei Aufsschraubwickler kaufen, also doppelt bezahlen, wenn ich nur einen gebrauche? Das trübt die Stimmung und kostet Euch einen Stern
