The metal bits feel well made and sturdy. However, it doesn't work with the wood turns the way they show in the product images. If it's fitted like that, there's an inch of metal poking out the bottom of the shelf for each bracket.There are no instructions. It took a while to figure out, only to find it doesn't fit as the images show. The wood also doesn't have any pilot holes, so you need a small drill, too.
