Excellent swimming board even for an adult (its size is not much different from the boards in the pools). Very lightweight, comfortable grip. For £10 pretty good quality compared to more expensive similar boards.

I am an adult swimmer and do a minimum of a mile each morning in the pool. In an attempt to extend my fitness programme, I needed a float to enable me to isolate my leg kicks to develop their strength. This float does a great job. The shape glides well thorough the water and the integrated hand holes are big enough for an adult hand and angled for a comfortable grip. It is lightweight and while it doesn’t fir in my swim bag, is not cumbersome to carry to the pool side. I do think it is a little big for a very young swimmer and there are better sized ones available for them, but this is perfect for an older child, right up to an adult. What I like best about this is the fact that it is plain, with no slogan or logo and that there is a choice of colour too. This is comparable in price to those available for purchase in a sports’ shop and I like it better!

I am not too sure that most children would feel comfortable in taking to the pool wearing this flotation device. When I was a child I had something similar to help me to learn to swim and I think I wore it once. I felt very conspicuous when wearing it and so, for me, it was very ineffectual.My reason for ordering this system is as a seat padding. I have a brutal hard plastic seat on my gym room rowing machine. I wanted something that I could supplement it with. I have tried softer cushions but they are not effective unless I use a very thick and cumbersome one. These boards allow me to tailor the thickness easily and whilst being firm are not rock hard like my original seat. They do have a bit of compression available to soften things up just a little. I have found that one of the three boards gives me a much more bearable seat and allows me to complete a much longer session than previously.The price of £14.99 compares very favourably with the available supplementary seat cushions that I have tried and this system has actually proven to be more adaptable and more effective. I have used the other two under the seat cushion on my TV room seat, just to give an extra bit of support to what is an ageing seat.

I ordered this swimming board for my 3 yo son, who's still learning to swim. The board is very simple and lightweight, making it easy to take to the pool. It allows him to swim good lengths without drowning! ^^ The materials are high quality because after several uses, the board is still intact.

Swimming Kickboard.A nice enough swimming kickboard. Quite a strong chemical smell on first opening but nothing that did clear up with a good soaking and airing. The board is a good size. The had cut outs are a good size accommodating teen/adult hands. The board is a little on the thin size to make for a comfortable side hand grip but nothing too detrimental.For the price can't really knock it.
