Our bathroom sink plug stopped working as the metal rod arm snapped off so ordered this.Measurements were exactly as described and it fitted perfectly so our plug was quickly working again.One thing to note though was that my existing broken arm did not have the plastic washer on it so I had to cut that off the new one to allow it to fit properly but that wasn’t an issue.

If all sellers of this type of product gave accurate measurements of all the parts there would be less frustration and fettling to fit. This rod and fittings looked, according to the information given, like the right one for me. It was virtually identical to the original as described - whoopee!For my sink this was a great buy and was nearly first drop off the next day.Something to note.When dismantling the fitting to see why it didn't work properly I broke the nut that holds it together (it was too tight for hands and I gripped it too tight with pliers!). I needed to reassemble so the sink could be used until the replacement arrived. Scramble around in spare plumbing bits and I found a garden hose reducer piece (large thread on the outside, small on the inside). It made a good replacement nut (plumbing bits are generally universal size/thread) and being larger was easier to tighten by hand. I've used it again instead of the supplied nut.
