So, first off, I knew the risks when I ordered these, so this is not trying to slam them outright. Overall though, the concept could probably use some work.The pros: When you wear them like you would “normal” underwear, they are definitely comfy. The material is nice and they are well made. Most of my underwear have 6 inch legs, so the extra length is nice.Here is what I will say about the whole pouch system: it seems to be designed for a very specific size and configuration of equipment that I apparently do not possess. Your cherries will need to be at full dangle to have any hope of reaching the ball pit, and unless they are shaped like a pair of TruckNutz, they don’t really stand a chance. The front pouch doesn’t do much unless your staff has some heft to it, and if that heft is only temporary, it will eventually retreat from the pouch and require a rather involved repositioning process. Also, both an external source and a tape measure (don’t judge, you’ve all done it), indicate that I’m above average in the size department, and this feels like it’s designed for someone with larger stuff than me.If there is a fatal flaw, it’s the external fly. It doesn’t quite have enough strength to hold back very much, and if your staff gains any extra heft while it’s in the front pouch there is a not small chance that it will start playing peek-a-boo.Overall, I probably won’t use the pouch system, but I am keeping them. For me, though, there’s no point in buying any more.

The gold isn't really gold, it's yellow... very disappointing. They are super long, the pouch is too small. Not satisfied in the least.

The best yet, by a wide margin. I purchased these to help keep everything in the right place during long motorcycle rides where the guys end up crunched between me and the seat. The Sheath V keeps everything up and right where it all belongs. But once I started wearing these, all my other underwear became obsolete.....these are just so comfortable that I can't go back. BTW, I've tried lots of different brands from Tommy John, Weldon, New Balance, David Archy, BN3TH, and several others. These are the most comfortable for riding and for every day wear. Next best: Shinesty.

I went in for the ol snippity snip, and the post surgery sensitivity/discomfort had me browsing for some proper manhood support. I started with jockey support underwear by Hanes which was slightly better than your average boxer briefs but it did not eliminate the chafing effects… so I kept digging, and came across these. What a joyous day it was. These provide two separate housing areas for your bits and dowel, and while the first minute of donning a pair is kind of strange, you quickly understand and appreciate the need for separation from one another and the side of your legs. I tried wearing my old boxer briefs after, and proceeded to throw all of them away and promptly ordered more Sheaths. Some people dangle lower than others… I am one of those. If you are too, buy these and you’ll never look back!
