Durch die Verwendung von X5 Nano Carbon sind die Ruten sehr leicht, aber spürbar und reaktionsschnell. Sie werden nicht einmal den Unterschied zwischen der 4- oder 5-teiligen STC Rute und einem anderen 2-teiligen Modell bemerken. Diese Ruten sind sehr vielseitig: Die leichteste Serie ist perfekt für das Angeln am See, Sie entscheiden.

I've bought this rod for a very special trip to Congo river which was important for me. The rod was broken on the 8th day of fishing on a cast. I was casting lures in 20 - 50 g range. The tip of the 3rd part broke off and stuck in the 4th part. Very disappointing.

The XH rod is exactly what I've been looking for. Great quality 4 piece travel spinning rods are hard to find. It will be perfect for big Rooster Fish in the Sea of Cortez. Dorado and sails watch out. It is a quality build with European style ferrules that line up well and are very strong. The rod has very good guides, reel seat and cork. It is surprisingly light weight and I really like the near 8' length. The longer length allows for very long casts I much prefer the 4 piece construction to 3 piece. It easily fits in my luggage. Shimano got everything right with this travel rod. I like it so much I bought a second MH one.

The rod I ordered is 270 cm, 20-60 gram version. No fish on it yet, but it is good for lures from 5 to 45 grams, best for lures in the 15-30 gram range. Strong spine lower down, relatively soft tip, solid energy in the blank, even decently sensitive. A good allround rod, can work rubber as well as surface lures. Very nice curve, definitely a surprise when taking into account it is a five piece rod. Seems the rings could be of better quality, but that remains to be seen with more use. Well done Shimano!

Si tratta di una canna da spinning che fa parte della serie Shimano Travel Concept che comprende canne dedicate al viaggio. Viene fornita con una custodia da viaggio lunga 70 cm che purtoppo è più lunga del bagaglio a mano consentito in aereo (ca.55cm). La custodia ha anche l'alloggiamento per un mulinello montato. La canna è in 4 pezzi, leggerissima, di ottima qualità, con impugnature di sughero. La misura 2,40 per 10-30gr si presta a un uso medio (mare) e si sposa con un mulinello 3000 o 4000. Il prezzo scontato non è elevato e la canna si presta a essere messa nel bagagliaio dell'auto per tirarla fuori al momento opportuno.La canna è fatta per essere trasportata con la sua custodia e questo pone qualche problema in aereo. Se portata come bagaglio a mano è troppo lunga, se inserita in un bagaglio medio bisogna metterla di traverso senza custodia. Per l' aereo con bagaglio piccolo forse è meglio un prodotto ancora più corto.
