I’ve been metal detecting for a while now, but I haven’t been totally happy with the finds pouch/bag I’d been using. It’s main drawback was that it was too small to hold my finds box, tools, AND all the trash that I inevitably pick up on the fields, but which I carry back to base and later dispose of. I also didn’t like all the unnecessary zipped pockets, and the way I had to thread my belt through a Velcro’d flap at the rear, which kept coming loose.I did check out the various bags being used by the other guys and gals in my club - but thought all of them had their shortcomings. Eventually, after spending rather too much time researching the many finds bags available, I came across this Shrxy bag - and was impressed with what I saw, the accompanying rave reviews from fellow detectorists also helped me make my mind up.So, after buying one of these with my hard-earned cash, do I think I made a wise decision? You bet I do! This is a super bag, and ticks all the boxes as far as I’m concerned. As with some other finds bags, if you wear it on your right-hand side, you’ll realise the pointer holster is situated at the rear, but I honestly don’t find this an issue when out on a dig. If you’re right-handed, and would rather have your pointer closer at hand, then simply slip it into the front inner tool pouch. I do like that there’s plenty of areas in this bag to store all your stuff. I also like that it’s made from very tough material, namely 1000D nylon Cordura fabric, which has a reputation of being virtually bullet-proof and long lasting. It’s also worth mentioning that the inner skin feels hard-wearing, it’s fully waterproof, and the base features a serious of reinforced drainage holes. On closer inspection, I found this bag to be really well made, with neat and precise stitching throughout. The belt loops are on the large size - so I thread my thick 45mm wide leather tool belt through them, and the bag sits securely and comfortably on my hip. Some may have concerns about whether items could drop out of this ‘open-top’ designed bag, I can assure you, they won’t! Another reviewer did suggest fitting magnetic clasps to the top of the bag, and I think that’s a good idea if you actually want to close it (I don’t). A couple of 18mm magnetic clasps can be sourced off Amazon for just over a couple of quid, and they’re easy to fit. ONE TIP: If you want to save yourself some money (and possibly reduce the delivery time), it’s worth buying the cheaper Camo version of this bag (the colour is the only difference) - that’s the one I bought. The bottom line is that if you’re after a good quality finds bag, then look no further, get yourself one of these - I’m more than impressed with mine. Pochette très bien étudiée. Plusieurs poches dont une zippée pour les papiers ou le téléphone. Un poche pour le pinpointeur qui tient bien. Une pour la bouteille d'eau. À l'intérieur des poches pour une lampe, un couteau, la coin-box et la partie centrale pour les déchets. Je recommande cet article.
