This arrived with my address label on the actual product and not in its own box which was frustrating but it wasn't too much effort to get the label off.This was ordered for use by a 7 year old and I was impressed that everything has been thought of. The silicone mat covers a decent amount of the table and comes with little wells to keep the paint in. The brush cleaner is genius and fun to use. This product can be bought in pink or blue and would make a lovely gift.It is a really good idea and I am impressed by how well it works.

As an avid painter, I've been on the fence about trying one of these out. Seems to cheap to be effective. I eat my words! This really cuts down on time of cleaning water. Usually when I paint I have two containers of water. One "clean" and one "dirty", that have to be changed multiple times during a paint session. I really only had to deal with the one container during painting and I enjoyed the silicon mat that came with it for quick mixing and easy cleanup. The container cleaned up fairly easy with soap and water, even with acrylic paint. I use both watercolors and acrylic. I was impressed with the product and wondering why it took to the 2000's for something like this to come onto the market. Even though the packaging seems geared for kids, I'm a 41 year old adult that loves it!

I can’t get over how easy to use and convenient this painting set is, especially the paint brush cleaner. The days of frequently dumping and replenishing my preschooler’s dirty paint water and hoping it doesn’t spill everywhere are over! It’s designed so well, with water from the tank routing to a little well that keeps the water level at the right level to wipe and wash and rub paint off the paint brush. Just press a button and the water deposits into the dirty water reservoir below and fresh water from the tank replenishes it. It’s amazing! The silicone mat is super convenient to cover our dining table in order to contain the painting mess. I use the mat when my preschooler does other art work as well. It’s a great, big size. The mat and the paint washer need a little elbow grease to be cleaned when using acrylic paint, but it’s to be expected. Since the mat is thin and flexible, it’s easier to just wipe it down. The set comes with lots of different sized paint brushes, just basic quality, but the variety is useful. Everything seems durable. It’s a pretty good value for the cost.

I got this for when my grandchildren stay with me. My grandsons were more fascinated by the "magic" way the water is dispensed ! The silicon mat is a good idea and there are little grippers that keep the paintbrushes from rolling off onto the ground. There is a flower design that is used as a palette, I didn't think it was useful but others might. It cleaned up very easy. I would recommend this, however it is only going to accommodate two, MAYBE three kids or I guarantee bickering. Almost forgot, it comes with paintbrushes. I got 10 but they don't match the diversity shown on the package and you must wash them before first use. I use verrrry warm water and wool items or shampoo. Several had a few untameable hairs the after washing, the pokey hair got cut. I recommend this, especially for those stuck in the house rainy days. Here are a few conquerable CONS;It's a good thing that the instructions on the box also have pictures because the written instructions are beyond awful. What does "Align base through the with the bucket" tell you? "Install waterproof silicone properly" explain? The pictures are OK, just enough for you to figure it out yourself.All in all, as small town newspapers used to say, "A good time was had by all." I would recommend this product and would probably get this as a birthday gift for a child at the very least 4 years old.

Okay, this little set is just AWESOME! I love the mat which makes clean up a snap. I don't worry about my kids getting paint all over the table. Also, they love using the water tank/brush cleaner. Their water is always clean and they can wash out their brushes easier. The mat cleans well - even with acrylic paint. If you have a budding artist in your home, I would highly recommend!
