Bought this for my wife for Christmas. It sits on the bench in the garage, so the fan noise (which is very quiet) is not an issue. Very easy to use and the ice production is impressive. We make several loads then keep the ice in a ziplock in the freezer. A good buy!

I had my ice machine for about a year and a half. The ice maker was never turned off, due to us using it everyday. I didnt know that the machine needed to be turned off, I guess daily. Well the ice maker stopped working and customer service was no help.It was good while it lasted but I'm going back the old school way, ice in the freezer.Not sure if I would recommend or not.

I have had the product 9 months (worked well until now) the cogs for moving parts are slipping and grinding. Making awful racket each time the ice is transfered.ro the storage area. Does not sound like it will.last much longer before completely stops woking.Please advise as I am unable to locate details on warranty process

This item arrived on time and in good condition.The ice machine produces ice quicker than expected.The machine seems to be pretty well built and is easy to use.The bullet shape ice works well for cooling beverages.We scoop out the ice when the hopper is full, bag it, and put it in the freezer for later use.We are happy with this purchase.
