Habe den Funkkopfhörer im September 2024 gekauft und kurze Zeit später ist das Steckernetzgerät ausgefallen. Kann passieren. Was folgte - ein professioneller Kundendienst mit kurzfristigen Austausch des defekten Teiles. Der Kopfhörer selbst ist sehr gut, funktioniert störungsfrei auch über weitere Entfernungen. Nochmals zurück zum Kundenservice: Ein gutes After Sales Service ist die beste Werbung für ein Unternehmen.

Klasse Kopfhörer, ganz super zum einstellen, für den Preis ein erstklassiges Produkt.Würde ich sofort wieder kaufen !!!

Leider ist die Lautstärke für mich nicht ausreichend zu regeln. Das Anschließen war aber super einfach !!!!

Der Kopfhörer fürs Fernsehen ermöglicht mir den Text bei Filmen zu verstehen ohne dass Hintergrundmusikund andere Geräusche stören. Vorher hatte ich ein anderes Gerät.Als es defekt war stieß ich bei der Suche auf das Angebot mit gleicher Funktion aber preisgünstiger. Sehr zu meiner Freude stellte ich fest,dass es wesentlich besser ist als das andere, das auch bei Amazon erhältlich ist.Billiger und besser! Super 👍

Die Beschreibung: Klare Sprach is OK,aber kein Bass, höhrt sich an, als ob man in einer blecherner Giesskanne sitzt.Ich konnte es gottseidank zurückgeben.Danke.

Der Funkkopfhörer hat mehrere Möglichkeiten am Fernseher angeschlossen zu werden.Ich hab ihn in der Kopfhörer Buchse angeschlossen. Und weitere Personen ohne Kopfhörer können trotzdem mit Fernseher hören.Insgesamt ist der Hörer für schwerhörige Menschen toll und der Klang ist auch super 👍

Commandé pour une personne âgée et ayant des problèmes d'audition, ce casque lui permet d'écouter parfaitement sa télévision en utilisant ses propres réglages, balance droite/gauche et volume. Et ceci indépendamment du volume pour les autres personnes.Très facile à connecter et à utiliser.

I have tried high quality hearing aids, Bluetooth devices and even cables - all with limitations but the SIMOLIO Digital Wireless Headphones worked perfectly - no more need for subtitles! The main issue with Bluetooth is latency and that delay between vision and sound is very annoying, however there is no perceptible delay with this device as it uses WiFi. The headphones are lightweight and comfortable despite the weight of the receiver and battery. The setup is very easy - first class instructions.

Got this for my elderly dad. He’s loving hearing the TV loud and clear without rattling the windows. Easy enough to control to get good hearing levels and balance. A little bit of mucking around with some TV settings initially but that’s set and forget. All good

I'm a retired electronics engineer and love this headset over a few others I have had.There are a number of things that can help people understand and use the system.1 - This system does not need "PCM" at all. It works perfectly with anything that has old fashioned analog audio from a 3.5mm jack or the larger "RCA" jacks. Both included in the digital unit I received. It worked from my "mono" portable radio!2 - If you wish to use the Optical cable, be aware that the optical ends are a slight doghouse shape and only go in one way and hard to see in the difficult places we install these. Very dopey idea from years ago. Also make sure you remove the little protector caps from the ends of the optical cable.3 - It seems from my limited testing that the headset needs to be turned OFF and put in the cradle (it snaps in one way) in order for the two devices to configure themselves. Remove the headset after about 30 seconds and turn it on. A little blue light on the front of the HEADSET should blink to indicate connection and sound.4 - Someone had mentioned the weight in a review. The headset weighs 2.2 oz. Compared to TV Ears that weigh 1.6 oz., it is heavier, but not much so. If the smaller ear cushions are an issue, it looks like the TV Ears cushions may fit. There are "Ear Clips" included if you wish to take weight off your ears. Somewhat like glasses, but wrap around more.By the way, the headset is designed to be worn hanging down under your chin, with the Simolio label facing out. The cushions are angled for your ears that way. I had to take a heat gun to my TV Ears to bend them that way!5 - This headset is so much better than the units that transmit with LEDs. The LEDs were constantly burning out and finding replacements was difficult. NO MORE of that with these headsets! And with the radio connection, you can walk anywhere and still get perfect reception.6 - The battery is much larger than the other brand and is very easy to replace. You probably will never need to.7 - Amazing! You now actually don't need to worry about breaking a headset arm. They're very flexible8 - Very Important. The Clarity. You have "Tone" control and choice of "Mono" or "Stereo". Mono might be better for clarity, but either way, I found clarity to be better than any other headset I've owned.9 - Gee Wiz, you can even use it as a hearing aid! It works well that way, but has a bit of an echo. Still is useful.10 - Location. Now I can put the transmitter almost anywhere. I do NOT have to have it high up in order to get the LED signals anymore. Yay!You may have guessed that I'm fairly happy with this headset.It is a great improvement over anything else I've tried.The very expensive headsets are for music. Would would not like the voice clarity at all.Another good point is that they are less than $100.I don't think you can go wrong.
