I bought this as a replacement for a 30 year old Craftsman table saw. I understood the limitations of a portable job site saw but have to say it does the job better than I was used to. Plenty of power. I've ripped dozens of 2x6's without it complain or giving me any problems. Fence easily held it's ground while ripping 16' lengths. Setup was fairly straightforward and getting it locked in to cut straight was not a problem. Is it as durable as my old saw? No. I don't think it will last 30 years but it is easily moved, stored and does the job I need it to. The table is flat and straight. I'm even considering building a table for it for larger jobs.

The Dada insert for my table saw worked exactly as advertised! It fit perfectly into the saw with no issues, and the quality is top-notch. It provides a solid, secure fit that improves the accuracy and safety of my cuts. Overall, it's a great addition to my setup, and I’m really happy with how well it performs. Highly recommend!

天板がだれてハジの方で真っ直ぐじゃなかった。ちょっと残念。でも他は扱いやすくて良いとおもいます。高い金払ったんで、楽しみながらやっていきます。

I just returned a new Ridgid 4518 because it was impossible to square and set up. It was very cheap material wise which really surprised me because I am a fan of Ridgid. Don't buy it. Save up until you can spare $200 more and buy this Skil. It is really amazing. Accurate and square right out of the box. The rack and pinion fence adjustment is so good. Truly a well engineered tool. Lots of power and finally a saw that controls the dust fairly well. I have a lot of confidence in the saw which is important when working with a tool of this nature.Highly recommend you get this tool in your shop.
