When I push the button to cast it works to do that. Then when I try to reel in it will not flip the button up and engage the reel to start retrieving line. Couldn't find customer service information.Update : customer service reached out personally regarding this issue to offer assistance. Very professional!

reel casts very far and rarely backlashes but when it does it does it bad

The blue reel started out sat. Set hook on wacky worm and something cracked in side reel now it won't free spool or reel l, the red one the mag adjustment is bad design both of these reel had cork reel handles. Well that is that very disappointing I thought it was a good deal.!!!@@!
