Les produits eux-mêmes sont bons, je les utilise depuis de nombreuses années pour mon spa , impeccable. Par contre. l’envoi des produits a été une véritable honte. L’angle du produit qui contenait la poudre était cassé et compte tenu de la manière dont c’était emballé, ça a été cassé lors de la mise en carton, pas pendant le transport ; ce sont des produits en plastique durs, il faut vraiment le vouloir pour le casser, ce produit est probablement tombé par terre dans l’entrepôt et la personne ne s’est pas donné la peine de le changer ! quand j’ai ouvert le paquet qui avait été déposé devant ma porte, il y avait des granulés partout dans la boîte.

The delivery from Amazone and partners works well, as usual. Thank you. The maker Bayrol of the product rather is blamed for the lack of declaration on the products.I am surprised that Bayrol, a big international maker and supplier of this type of product, has left out ENGLISH on all the products AMAZON.de and parties sell. Contents, instructions, and precautions are only declared in GERMAN and FRENCH? The most suspect is that there is a label glued on top of the original package so that you can lift the red tab in the lower right corner for additional information.Surprisingly, the text under the tab is the same in German and French again, i.e., same information three times? A product miss m.a.o. by the manufacturer Bayrol. They should have had it in English, Spanish, Italian, etc. too under that tab label?It is a mistake in breach of EC terms of product declaration made by Bayrol. Amazon needs to point this out to Bayrol to urgently correct it. Particularly as it is considered a safety issue, you must know the risks and manage to quantify the dose correctly.I have tried to contact Bayrol on their website, but they are lazy to answer customer inquiries, so far no answer? They need to improve customer service relations issues on the web.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung über Rekoshop. Bei der Lieferung fehlte der Messlöffel, dies wurde aber äußerst kulant gelöst. Darum 5 Sterne.

Die Anwendung ist denkbar einfach, und das Wasser bleibt sauber. Wir legen den Whirlpool still von Dezember bis Februar, dann reicht auch 1x füllen, am besten ist aber 2x / Saison mit Aktivsauerstoff. Kein Geruch, pH aber wie gewohnt regelmässig kontrollieren.

Das ist die beste Aktivsauerstoffpflege, die wir kennen. Wir haben schon andere Mittel ausprobiert, aber mit Bayrol sind wir super zufrieden. Wir haben einen Außenwhirlpool von Softtub und einmal in der Woche wie angegeben dosieren und das Wasser ist über Monate wunderbar. Wir wechseln normalerweise 3 mal im Jahr das Wasser. Den Rest besorgt Bayrol. Sehr empfehlenswert.
