Lo uso al lavoro (carico scarico di oggetti a volte pesanti) e devo dire che è molto comodo e leggero e mi aiuta molto a prevenire dolori alla schiena e a mantenere una postura più eretta, ottimo

Eigentlich durchdacht, aber leider unterscheiden sich die Größen S und M nicht in der Höhe der Bandage, sodass Größe S vom Umfang her bei mir passt, aber beim Sitzen in der Magengegend drückt…

No idea if this is that much better than the $30 ones i see on here but this is definitely well made and I bought it because it seemed to address athletes. I've skied in it and walked in it with comfort and support. Cycling, I found it uncomfortable as it "pinched" too much. You'll want a shirt or something between it and your skin unless you are not bent as it does tend to annoy direct skin contact if you're actively bending. i never really noticed I was wearing it skiing but did feel extra support. I like how easy it is to get on as well as it's relatively thin impact to clothing. I'm an extremely active guy suffering with some lower back issues.

Really like the amount of support, and the feel of the insert at the back that gently puts a little pressure into the muscles. Only drawback for me is that the front closure material is very stiff so it isn't comfortable for sports activity, but OK for walking around and house chores. I was just on the edge of the extra small and small size, but glad I went with the small as is fits very snuggly.

I have been wearing this Sports Back Support for more than a month now, mostly during my workouts, dance practice, sometimes for long walks or long sitting, using it almost every day.This model is working very well. It is true to size, the closure is very comfortable and adjustable just right. I do enjoy the breathable texture of the material. You will still be sweating underneath but it doesn't feel as a seal on you. The gel cushion is fantastic, it massages your lower back softly and delicate without pushing, giving you just right feeling of comfort. The ability to move this cushion on the Back Support base and place it exactly where you need it gives you additional comfort and flexibility. The support is strong but still gives you a lot of movement freedom. The bright color is adding some fun factor and ability to wash the Back Support is very important too.When thinking about something to improve I would only mention that during very active movement like dancing the Back Support would still pull up a little and you would need to adjust it after a while. I have to admit that all models and brands of Back Supports I have tried would do the same and this particular model of Bauerfeind Sports Back Support still does the best job. Maybe women with curves do really need a "woman shape" of the Back Support that better adjusts to those curves and stays in place.I have compared a couple of different brands and models of such kind of Back Support since my lower back problems are hunting me for a while now. I can state that Bauerfeind Sports Back Support is the best for all kinds of active lifestyle among the models I have tried yet.
