die ich jetzt schon zwei Saisons in Gebrauch habe. Ich könnte nichts nennen, was mich an diesem Produkt stört. Ein Tunnelzug am unteren Saum ist leider aus der Öse und damit defekt. Konnte aber mit einem Knoten und viel Fummelei halbwegs den Ausgangszustand wieder herstellen. Ich würde die Jacke wieder kaufen.

I have worn Spyder ski suits for many years and they have always performed extremely well and justified their high price - my last suit has lasted very well for 19 years of regular winter snow use. I have just purchased this jacket as a replacement and it is certainly technically well specified and significantly lighter than my previous jacket, it can be expected to be very good in bad weather and it looks good on. However, there are 2 problems I have with it. The first is that the jacket is tailored and I found that with my usual 3 thin layers worn inside this jacket it is on the margin of being too small despite it being a Large size which supposedly is in the middle of my chest size range - and the same size was close to being too big on my old Spyder jacket. This relatively tight fit makes the 2nd problem rather worse since, with the exception of 2 open fabric pockets (presumably for stowing goggles), the remaining 5 pockets are small (only 2 are just large enough to hold a passport). This means that only small items can be carried securely.

Excellent product keeps you warm with lots of pockets for your stuff. I have to knock a star off though as with the hood removed there is not enough weather protection around your next. The collar seems to channel the moisture to run down the back of your neck, so keep the collar on even if it looks a bit ungainly.
