As I ordered from the UK it did take a while to get to me and the outer box was rather crushed and the packaging inside the box to protect the bottle was very minimal which I wasn’t too pleased with as it did arrive with a small dent from transit.Apart from the packaging needing improvement the bottle itself is amazing!I ordered one in this colour and another in a different colour and they’ve become attached to me which is great as I’m drinking way more water.I find the 20oz a perfect manageable size to drink although I am filling it more often i see that as a benefit because I can properly track how many full bottles I’ve drank throughout the day.Keeps just cold tap water really nice and cold (I haven’t tried ice drinks as it’s winter aha) and I haven’t had any issues with leaking at all.Really pleased!

Excellent drink bottle, however, two of them were packaged just sitting loose in a large cardboard box flapping about and got scuffed up in transit. Would it really be that hard to bubble wrap them if they're not in individual boxes? Other than the ugly scuff marks, they're fantastic drink bottles.
