I got Grey instead of black which is what I was hoping for but I expected it to be a random one based off other reviews. I ordered medium and got what I thought large would come as. It's pretty big, probably about the size of half my thumb. Unfortunately it didn't fit my main chain but fit my old one so I just threw it around my rear view. Kinda worth the money since its Sterling silver it's justifiable at 100 so I could imagine large and xl being worth what they're asking for given size and that it could be a fossil. You'd have to get an expert to look at it to tell if it's an extinct mako or non extinct mako. Megaladon are definitely extinct and I could imagine xl size being from that species seeing as how it was the largest shark. That said, megaladons also have smaller teeth too. I have seen them at what was the 'Shell Factory' in Fort Myers small ones for 80 so these prices are reasonable especially given the Sterling silver. Took it to a jeweler but they couldn't expand or replace the bale but that's whatever. Even the jeweler said the price was gorgeous though. It's definitely got character that's for sure! Overall I recommend forsure if this is on your list, great quality

Leider ist, wie auch schon in einer anderen Rezension beschrieben, bei mir die Fassung mit Gebrauchsspuren (Fotos).Der Zahn ansich ist sehr schön und groß.

This is more that just a shark's tooth, it is a true piece of jewelry as well as a piece of history. Very happy with it.

I am very happy with my fossil shark tooth purchase. I’ve always wanted a great white tooth necklace since a boy but did not want to get a modern day tooth in fear that it would come from a live shark and result in the death of a gentle giant. The fact that this is a descendant of the great white and from an even larger shark is awesome. 22-33 million years old is amazing to think that I’ve actually got a piece of history of these amazing animals. It’s absolutely stunning and deserves the accompaniment of beautiful silver and immortalized. Get one while you can bc at this price I’m sure they won’t last long. Thank you for creating such a masterpiece. 🙏🏻
