Barely used it for a few months before it broke, I didn't have the warranty so I couldn't return it, so make sure you cover your bases.

Very expensive for how sticky mine is, I have three dial test indicators. One is a silverline, one is this one and one is a draper. I bought the silverline just for my throw about, not really care about inaccurate work type stuff, the draper I bought for the large mag base which was about a tenner. I bought this one to be my better quality one for stuff that I'd like a little bit more precision. It's so sticky the silverline is actually better at giving a decent reading. I actually never use this but the case and the attachments are nice. I either got really unlucky or this thing is a total rip off, I'd like to think it's the first choice because the digital micrometre I bought is really good. I think I'll be replacing this with interapid but not quite sure yet.

Not the quality of the Starrett gauges of forty years ago but things change repeatability is fine and that's a good thing, for the price I would say it's a little overprice for the quality of the gauge
