the product is excellent, from past experience. But Amazon originally claimed it was delived when it was not delivered. But a guy in the Phillipines came to the rescue and delivered it a 2nd time. This time I got the product. one Dish not two

I took care of it, but after 2 uses it cracked, after 4 uses it came apart in 2 pieces. This is also EXTREMELY expensive for a dish. You can go to a kitchen equipment selling store like I did and find a porcelaine dish for less than $15 in Canada.

We have several sizes of the Henckels Staub Ceramic Dish is an excellent cookware dish which we use for baking a mixture of vegetables or fish. They "hold" the heat to keep whatever you are baking warm after removing it from the oven. They are easy to clean.
