I love that I can write a caption on the left and then write what it means to the right. I can easily return to find the information I need. I feel more organized. I have ADHD so this is super helpful.

The good is the quality of this paper! I absolutely loved its smooth yet thicker feel. The bad is not having a stiff back on it. That caused me many problems. I love the waterproof plastic cover but it wasn't thick enough to flip it over for support when making lists while moving. Just be aware no back for support.
