I ordered both this Stetson Men's Sturgis and the Cromwell in Medium for my husband's Christmas gift. The medium Sturgis fit my husband perfectly but the medium Cromwell was too big. I bought the Sturgis in Cordova color and the Cromwell in mink color, Mink is a tad darker and less orange than Cordova. The Cordova color is a warmer brown where the mink is darker brown, I liked both colors. I think the mink Cromwell is dressier and more sophisticated than the Cordova Sturgis. The Sturgis has more of a rustic western look. Both hat styles would look great with a wool church dress coat. I think the Sturgis would also look great with jeans or corduroy as it has a slight more casual look than the cromwell. We ended returning the Medium Cromwell as it was too loose, but we kept the Medium Sturgis which was a great fit. I think my husband wears a size 7 or 7.25. He keeps his hair very short.We would have kept both if they had both fit.

Great hat, runs big. My only gripe is a little bit of glue showing from the leather band. Was a tight fit at first but loosened up after a few wears.
