Workout includes how to attach handles [that they sell]….very little in way of workout. Very disappointed. Will not purchase these dvds in future.

This has been very useful. I am a large person with diabetes struggling with my weight. Most work out dvds do have the thing of "only do the parts that you can comfortably do" which far too often left me standing for long periods of time waiting for the parts I could do. This dvd was very do-able from the beginning to the end. It did not leave me huffing and puffing but I definitely could feel the work out. NOTE: It does NOT come with the work out stretch band. I used one that had come with my big excersize ball (that I no longer have room for in my livingroom...lol) Down side was it was a tube stretch band which popped out from under my toe and almost got me in the face. Have to get the wide flat type stretch band so that during the foot excersizes you can do the proper movements. I found they had the wide flat bands available in packs in the fitness section of the local fred meyers, and they had them that you could purchase by the foot at the local pharmacy that also carries medical supplies.
