I'm a casual intermittent knitter who churns out a project once or twice a year. This compact interchangeable knitting needle set has really impressed me. This set seems really affordable priced given there are 10 pairs of aluminum needles, a number of accessories and a organized case for storage. I like that that there are 4 string in different sizes AND that there are string connectors for even more length. This set is flexible for so many projects.Just for experimentation, I tried connecting these needles with my Lykke interchangeable needles. While it looks like they have a similar connection, these were smaller so it is not possible to interchange between these two brands.Overall, this needle set is a great option because of its compact size, variety of accessories, and general feel/quality of make. I think this set is a great option for any level of knitter. It will allow new knitters the tools to affordably scale up their craft. For experienced to expert knitters, it is a compact set that is great for travel or to have some extra needles on hand when multiple projects are on the go.

I really like this knitting needle set. The 8mm aluminum metal needles are smooth and lightweight, which makes knitting more comfortable, even for longer sessions. The etched US sizes on each needle are so helpful—no need to guess or use a gauge tool.It comes with 4 flexible cords that are easy to attach and stay secure while working. I’ve used them for making everything from scarves to chunky blankets, and the stitches slide nicely without snagging. The accessories are a nice bonus—everything you need is included.I also like the case. It keeps everything organised and is perfect for taking my knitting on the go. The whole set feels like good quality, and for the price, I think it’s great value. If you’re looking for a complete knitting needle set that’s easy to use and travel-friendly, I’d recommend this one.

For most knitters, this will be an ideal set with a great variety of sizes that I really value. The needles range from 3mm to 8mm, offering flexibility for a range of projects. It also includes four cables in different lengths (16", 24", 32", and 40"), making it perfect for both small and large projects. Personally, my first project will be a sweater, but the possibilities are endless.The aluminum needles are lightweight yet seem very durable. A few convenient accessories are included, such as connectors (for longer/larger projects), end caps (to cap off your work until the next session), keys (to tighten or loosen needle tips onto the cables), and a non-slip spacer (to maintain a smooth join between cable and needle). All great tools to have on hand.The only small detail to note is that the case, which provides great storage, is shown online as pink but arrived in a gold color. The color isn’t a big deal to me, but I wanted to mention it.Overall, I think this set offers versatility and quality, making it a great choice for yourself or as a gift.

I don't normally use plastic needles because of a bad experience with a well-known brand, but I'm glad I gave these a try.This set starts with US size 2.5 (3mm) then goes to US size 4 (3.5mm). That may not sound like a huge difference where the measurements are concerned, but the next size is a US size 3 (3.25mm) that's not in this set. Then later in the set, there's US 10 (6mm) and US size 10.75 (which has no measurement listed, but 10.75 is usually 7mm) but no US size 10.5 (6.5mm). I don't keep calipers on hand - TBH I'm not that fanatical about my crafting, if I make gauge with some tool I'm happy - so I can't say at the moment what measurement this US size 10.75 is. The set goes up to US 11 (8mm).That's as picky as I'm going to get here; as y'all can see, that didn't diminish my rating at all. The real test is in how they knit. I work with a lot of natural fibers, mostly cotton blends and wool blends, so I tested these out with a worsted weight 100% cotton yarn, knitting a Seed Stitch - one of my favorite stitches, but I don't like to do it much because you have to go back & forth between knit & purl every stitch, which is a lot of wear and tear on my wrists, especially in cotton.Well, the only reason I stopped after 4 rows was because I was enjoying these needles so much, I wanted to write this review right away & stop thinking about it!First of all, the carrying case is good quality, including the zipper. I started out in fiber arts as a child - my grandmother taught me to crochet & embroider when I was 5yo, and I started sewing at 8yo, but I didn't start knitting until I was 33yo. Notions mean a lot to me - a poor zipper can ruin your project. Too many knitting cases have zippers that seem to be the cheapest part, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Interchangeable needles have small parts, you want your case to be able to shut as long as you have them. This one should last forever.Next, the needles are smooth like aluminum needles - my typical favorite - and have very good points. Both of these are so critical to doing a good, tight stitch! This is exactly where those previous plastic needles let me down. I want my yarn to glide on my needles, and I need the tips to get into each stitch without a fuss - these are like a hot knife into warm butter. In fact, I think they outperform my stainless steel needles.Next, for interchangeable sets, you need your cables to swivel effortlessly - I totally forgot this was an interchangeable set, the swivel is so perfect! I had to remind myself to notice the swivel, it was too perfect.This set comes with everything you need to use these as interchangeables - 2 keys, 4 cables of different lengths, 4 stoppers, 2 extenders, and a small grip pad. The cables are in a side pocket, and the small tools are in a small pouch to keep in that pocket. The cables are very good quality, they don't hold onto kinks from being stored like some cables do.I didn't have any expectations, positive or negative, when I bought these, so they've been a very positive experience. They're a very nice addition to my knitting tools.
