I took 16 dresses, 2 pairs of heels 4 flip flops and ALL my make up. I did check it in and it weight about 22 lbs. It comes with additional pouches in the inside clips to put it together and the zipper is REALLY good quality. The straps were sew on pretty well that it didn't come off when carrying. It was super easy to put together and you could not even tell it gad the garment lining!!!Loved the color! The only complain is that if you get the wheels to wheel it around you do lose one of your touched.

This bag is brilliantly designed! It's perfectly sized to fit in the overhead bin or under the seat on an airplane. Starting with the garment bag part - If you have clothes that you are leaving on the hangar, there is a loop to hook the hangars through. The garment bag will accommodate long pants, skirts, dresses. Once the garment bag is loaded, the bottom folds up and is secured to the center with two clips. The sides zip up to wrap the garment bag to the duffle shape. Both of the side pieces have pockets - one is a smaller item pocket, the other is a deep pocket that can easily hold a pair or two of shoes, keeping them separate from your clean clothes. Once both sides are zipped up, there is little clips on each end to secure the side zippers together, and one zipper on the top to close the bag. On the side, there is a snap and zipped pocket, and on the other side is a double zip (top/bottom) that can be used to pass over a suitcase handle for easy travel, or it can be used as an extra pocket since the top and bottom zip.

I have been wanting one of these for forever and it did not disappoint!!! Wow. It fits SO much in there. Such a great quality travel bag. Each section is huge and even if you stuff it to the max it zippers so easily! A great travel bag if you need to save weight on a checked bag or want to avoid a checked bag altogether!
