Die SureFlap Haustierklappe Tunnelverlängerung ist ideal für den Einbau der SureFlap Mikrochip Haustierklappe in Mauerwerk, da dieses üblicherweise dicker ist als Türen und Fenster. Mit jeder Verlängerung kann der 70 mm lange Tunnel der Haustierklappe um jeweils 50 mm verlängert werden. So lassen sich beliebig lange Tunnel gestalten.

Unfortunately it wasn't what I wanted in the end. Easy installation in wall with sleeve (sold separately). It responded to my dog's microchip so no collar or key was needed (2 keys are supplied). Great styling & performance. It has 4 functions: a two-way in & out so door opens freely both ways (no programming needed); There is In Open; There is Out Open; There is two-way Fully Locked.The problem is: once the programmed pet goes out, its locked out. Once the pet comes in, its locked in. The two-way open feature allows all kritters in & out. The programmed pet will have to be manually let in or out by the owner depending on the setting. That kind of defeated the purpose of having a pet-operated security door.

Fonctionne bien. J'ai du mettre plusieurs pièces bout-à-bout pour passer à travers un mur de 35 cm. Du coup il faut ruser un peu pour trouver des vis assez longues pour visser les deux parties de la chatière ensemble, ces tunnels étant coincés en sandwich entre. Le prix est un peu excessif pour ces quelques grammes de plastique.

Ridiculously expensive and very flimsy. Made a quick job of finishing the tunnel. Used hot glue gun to glue 5 sections together. Would have been better to use fibreglass as I did with the first cat flap but more time consuming. Got the job done easier. Could be Sold in a pack of 5 for the price of 1. Some supermarkert packaging is sturdier :( all ok once glued and fitted through the brick and breeze block wall. The cats haven't complained it's not as good as the other one!!

Habe 4 Verlängerungen gebraucht gute Qualität aber meines Erachtens zu teuer. Wenn die Tunnelelemente zum zusammen klicken wäre könnte der Einbau besser von der Hand gehen

This tunnel extender may work very well, but I am giving it one star, as it is so easy to order the wrong size from the Amazon.com website. The website offers two SureFlap microchip cat doors - one white and one brown. It also offers tunnel extenders in white and brown. I ordered a brown cat door and a brown tunnel extender, not realising that the brown tunnel extender is NOT the right size for the cat door. It is intended for the SureFlap microchip PET door, which is larger than the cat door. This is not made at all clear on the Amazon website. As far as I can see, Amazon offers a brown tunnel extender only for the 'pet' door and a white tunnel extender only for the 'cat' door. Be very careful when ordering!

Stop looking. Get it. Its the one you want, hands down. Works awesome. I put this on the side of my garage, you need two tunnel extension to get through a normal wall section. The cat goes through the Sureflap door even when the garage door is up, its funny. I have an outside cat and I live in the country. He lost about seven of his nine lives (and about $600 in vet bills) due to critters coming at night and attacking him for his food. We had him micro chipped ($40), because he doesn't wear a collar, he was actually a wild cat when he first came around. He comes and goes as he pleases and our little buddy gets a good night sleep now.
