Unter "Beste Reviews" wird diese "Tageslichtlampe" mit 9,1= excellent angepriesen.Geliefert wurde eine Lampe, deren Kabel verdreht und absolut minderwertig ist und deren Leistung von 10000 Lux anzuzweifeln ist.Preis/Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis! Habe sie zurück gesandt.

I suffer from S.A.D so thought I try a light lamp !! Saw this one on amazon gave it ago ,I know your supposed to have it on in the morning but I start very early and don't have time so I use it in the evening variable brightness function, and variable light tones,very well made easy to use I've had it a week now and I have noticed a difference in my mood would recommend this item for the price its very good

Very easy to assemble, heavy and robust lamp. I sometimes have it on all day while I work, especially during the cloudy winter days. It gives a lovely light but doesn’t get at all hot, so I’m comfortable leaving it on for long periods. I prefer the natural light over the blue white and yellow/orange settings. I also keep it on a lower brightness as I find the higher settings are too bright for me. It looks really nice and is very slim so fits neatly in the corner space where I keep it. The timer is very useful too. I think it is very good value at £52.99 (current price).

This has some potential in improving my SAD symptoms. It is large enough and powerful and there are brightness and light options to choose from. I find it a bit impractical to use as ideally I want to get some "exposure" first thing in the morning, but I'd have to sit with the light on my face for a good half hour to get the most out of it. I can use it best in the afternoon during my lunch break but I haven't seen a huge improvement in energy or motivation to get out bed in the morning.

I can see the value in this lamp due to the build and I think it is good quality. The lamp is easy to use and nice and bright. I have taken this to work, and although I work in a nice bright office in the summer, in the winter it is missing that natural light (obviously) and I can just get that nice boost, and the lamp is happy to help me out for 5 hours at a time! I just leave it on. Nice lamp.

A powerful light with impressive brightness that helps during dark winter months. The adjustable settings let me find the right brightness and colour for any mood. Its design allows for easy positioning on a desk, without occupying too much space. A great boost in energy, especially for gloomy days.
