Classic bodycon basic black dress. The build in shapewear was the main reason for this purchase. It a light compression that is highly breathable and performed well at smoothing. This dress is wrinkle resistant and looks great with a work blazer for office to evening transitions.

I am a few weeks postpartum and naturally adjusting to my new body and trying to feel beautiful and confident.I feel so flattered in this dress, it is well made. Very nice, smooth materials and I like that it is double layered. So instead of it just being a body con sort of dress, the shapewear is underneath holding everything in snug and then the dress fits nicely over the top.It hugs in all the right places, it’s not the tightest shape wear I’ve worn, but it definitely does help smooth everything out and hug the tummy.My husband had hearts in his eyes when he saw me in this (I’m a sahm that’s usually scrubbin because I have a circus of kids and constant messes to clean up 😂)It’s nice that there is an easy access hole in the shapewear so that you don’t have to pull the whole dress down to use the restroom.Overall this is such a favorite for me, so thankful to finally have something in my closet that makes me feel so good 🩷

This was a miss for me. I'm not usually so critical of simple maxi dresses like this but the fit wasn't what I was expecting considering it has built-in shapewear. I chose a size small but this dress fit on my stomach very vaguely - as if I might be bloated. All of my other size small tips and dresses fit my waist perfectly but I think the shapewear in this one added more width around my stomach and made me look broader somehow. It's hard to describe. Then (since I ordered a small) it also fit small around my chest but I'm a cup size 34G. So my girls were fighting for air and spilling out in all the places they shouldn't be. It has an opening in the shapewear that I imagine is for using the restroom. But the opening isn't right in the middle - the cutout is on the side. So, imagine keeping your panties on while trying to use the bathroom but you're just pushing the fabric to the side. Like ??? The design is so flawed its insane lol. I was going to give this two stars but now that I've written out everything I disliked, I'm going to give it the one star it really deserves.

Horrible dress! The material is awful, and even the shapewear feels cheap and uncomfortable. It’s so poorly made that I ended up throwing it away. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone. Very disappointing!
