I bought 9 and 10 inch plates mostly for for my mini-pizzas. These are so nicely finished it is tempting to use them for dinner plates. My pizza cutter wheel is real sharp and mangles aluminum platters but this stainless didn't even show a scratch after using the sharp cutter wheel with considerable force.The edges of my pizzas do stick badly to the pans, even with an oiling. This means it is better to size your pans to have room for a metal spatula and wheel cutter around the edges. That's why I bought the 9 inch first, then the 10 inch.

Never made a pizza in them but used to carry cooked meats for a pizza. Good general use when you don't want to use the fancy china.

Good product and easy clean. Works wonderfully with Parchment paper to avoid any kind of sticking.Love them so far. Also bought the 13 »
